PK is the Founder/Chairman and Managing Director of the global entertainment network and creative alliance FEPA Group — Featured Entertainment & Producers' Alliance.  PK is a seasoned business and creative developer, entertainment producer and strategist. The FEPA portfolio is engaged in film, television, digital entertainment, 3-D productions and development, music, live theatre, destination resort developments and finance worldwide. The FEPA Network is comprised of 105 creative and entertainment related companies and organizations.

Notable milestones and consulting accomplishments include the 1980 World Games, 1984 Los Angeles Summer Olympics, 1986 World’s Fair Vancouver, 1986 Vancouver 100th Centennial, 1988 Calgary Winter Olympic Games, 1994 Victoria Commonwealth Games, 1998 Kuala Lumpur Commonwealth Games, Co-author of the National-Canadian Accreditation Standards for Tourism and Event Management, advisor to the National Board of Directors of the National Easter Seals Telethon, the Children’s Miracle Telethon and Co-Chair of the Salvation Army’s March of Dimes. Paul has also served as Team Leader for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympic Games-Olympic Village-Vancouver-Event Services and as Team Leader Paralympic Games 2010.
