Village CA in Parma, a strategic event dedicated to reviewing the results of the past year and sharing guidelines for the future.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting was an important opportunity to discuss ongoing projects and medium- to long-term goals, with particular attention to ESG topics, which are increasingly central to the company\u2019s vision and activities.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond operational alignment, the day was a valuable chance to strengthen team spirit, encourage dialogue, and reinforce the sense of belonging that defines our team.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to all participants for the commitment,
