FEPA participated in the 2025 edition of Call4Startup PoC Edition, the open innovation initiative promoted by Le Village by CA, focused on three key areas for the future of business: HR Evolution, Generative AI, and Greentech.

As a partner company, we were involved in every stage of the process: from defining priorities, to business matching meetings with Italian and international startups, to evaluating innovative solutions applicable to our processes.

The days held in Milan offered concrete insights and valuable connections, confirming the effectiveness of the format and the high quality of Le Village by CA’s organization.

We are already exploring potential pilot projects and structured collaborations with some of the startups we met, convinced that dialogue with the startup ecosystem is a strategic lever for tackling future challenges with agility and vision.

Our participation has strengthened not only our commitment to sustainable and digital innovation but also a corporate culture oriented toward experimentation and open innovation.
