We adopt an integrated approach to sustainability, taking a 360° perspective across environmental, social and governance dimensions and embedding them into our processes and business decision-making, with the aim of progressively reducing our negative impacts and generating shared value for local communities and throughout the entire value chain.
Our packaging is made using traceable raw materials in accordance with recognized chain-of-custody systems or standards.
The paper and cardboard waste generated by our production processes is sent for recycling, supporting the principles of the circular economy.
In 2025, 89.9% by weight of the paper used came from recycled sources.
We continuously seek alternative packaging solutions aimed at reducing waste and preserving the use of resources.
We monitor atmospheric emissions and adopt solutions to protect air quality.
At our Mezzani plant, a 1.2 MW trigeneration plant and a 1.95 MWp photovoltaic system are in operation, covering a significant share of the site’s electricity needs.
A cross-functional team monitors energy consumption and identifies investment opportunities to continuously improve energy efficiency and reduce waste.
Both production sites are equipped with water treatment systems in compliance with applicable regulations. To reduce waste, we also operate a closed-loop system that allows us to recover part of the water used in industrial processes and reuse it to produce the adhesives used for our corrugated board.
In 2025, we also carried out a structured water risk assessment for our production sites and key suppliers using the WWF Water Risk Filter, considering physical, regulatory and reputational risks.

An ambitious 2025–2030 Sustainability Strategic Plan translates our ESG commitments into concrete and measurable targets.
A Sustainability Committee coordinates and monitors the integration of ESG topics into business processes and decision-making.
Certifications, international standards and dedicated governance structures guide us in implementing the main European sustainability regulations (e.g. EUDR, PPWR).
