For this reason, alongside mandatory courses, we have introduced an additional training program dedicated to operators most involved in safety-related topics.

The initiative involved around sixty people from our two plants, with the aim of strengthening technical skills and deepening understanding of the specific risks within our operational context.

It was a truly special initiative, both for the innovative and engaging method used, and for the goal of providing an even more in-depth and effective training experience.

All of this was delivered through a very distinctive approach: the PratiCare method.
