On 26 October the first phase of the renovation and extension project of the ‘Tosi Pardini’ school and kindergarten in Mezzano Inferiore was inaugurated, an activity co-financed by our Fepa Group and co-partner CosmoProject.

This first phase of the project involved the renovation of the premises of the current building with new furniture and the creation of a new materials workshop room for the Infant-toddler section (3-6 years).

The second phase of the project in 2024 will include a renovation of another wing that will allow the creation of a new ‘nursery’ section (from 9 months to 3 years) with 15 additional places.

Thanks to the financing companies, the facility will also welcome children from neighbouring countries with benefits for the area.

“This initiative is part of a long list of activities that FEPA is doing and will do with a view to placing its employees increasingly at the centre of the company’s sustainable growth,” reports FEPA CEO Fausto Ferretti. “Our family now numbers more than 500 people, and it is our duty to ensure that the place where we work, the surrounding environment, and the related social and economic conditions of all of us improve year after year along with the growth of FEPA. This is another important milestone that we take with satisfaction and which tomorrow will already become the starting point for a further and perhaps even more challenging new goal.

We chose to get involved in this initiative for three reasons. The first is because of the value of Fism’s offer, which, in addition to being characterised by innovative language and teaching and training methods, carries with it a legacy of ethical and inclusive principles; the second is to enhance this structure, so that the value of the training offer can be realised in a Quality service; finally, because the company, which has always been characterised by a concrete commitment to the territory, wanted to promote a service for the community and its employees that is absolutely in line with its values”.
